I had an issue with a watch band that I purchased. A representative reached out to me and assisted me with a replacement. While I wasnt happy with the defect, the customer service was top notch! Really happy with how the situation was handled.

I love the watch band however I ordered the wrong size how do I go about exchanging it for the correct size ? I'd appreciate your help ! Thank you

Nice band. Great looking--even got compliments from my wife, who is not into watches. Not as premium feeling as some of my higher end leather bands, but very pliable and easy to break in. It is very comfortable very quickly.

Great quality, easy to install, fits great, looks great and is very comfortable. It took one of the most uncomfortable watches I've ever owned into one of the most comfortable i personally think it rivals my Omega now for comfort

Love this band. Not an enthusiast by any means, and i dont have many bands, but i love the texture and color of this a lot. Was very stiff when new but very comfy after wearing it in.

Leather is fine and the width is perfect but the pins are too short to secure. Had to rob old watch band and throw the pins that came with this one in the trash.

Second Barton band for this watch. Great quality and very reasonably priced. Plus the color and option selection is excellent.

Beautiful leather band! I absolutely love it! I hope it stands the test of time.

The Watch strap, though made of leather is thin and very stiff. The pins holding it to the body of the watch are too short, and replacing them with longer ones is difficult because they are spring loaded and cut into the leather of the watch band. All in all, $35 was pretty steep.

Nice green canvas watch strap that looks good with my titanium Momentum Atlas watch. It is a lighter shade of green than Army OD. However, it is a nice subdued green. I have only had the strap for a couple of days, but it is light weight and comfortable. Wore it in the shower and no color fade or shrinkage. Barton shipped the strap quickly via the USPS.......

I have been working on an exchange for several weeks the replacement finally arrived and was the same size 20 as I returned ant NOT the 22 that I had requested! Time service sucks and then the return/ exchange is incorrect! Steer clear if this company big time joke nowhere near what they advertise!

Quick release didn't work. Repeated tries ripped the leather bend. This was my third purchase. Really disappointed this time. I think you lost a repeat customer. Update - Josh reached out and has offered to replace the band. I'm planning on remaining with Barton given this high level of customer support.

I've had two different people say "I like your watch " and "nice watch" . No one ever said that until I put this band on it . Amazing !

I'm impressed! The strap looks even better than I expected. It was easy to install and has been on my wrist since the day I received it. As others have noted, it's quite stiff at first, but it's been gradually softening with use. Overall, a great purchase—stylish, functional, and feels like it will last.

The adjustable buckle strap is perfect when one lives in an area with occasional high humidity, plus I like the low maintenance of a silicone strap.

Wanted an inexpensive canvas strap for one my Panerai. After shopping around, I deceided to give one from Barton a go. I just received it yesterday, took it out of the package and put it right back in. While I wasn't expecting to receive a 4MM thick double rolled canvas, I wasn't expecting stiff & paper thin either. This would look ridiculous on a 44MM watch. The material looks and feels like cardboard and the spring bars are flimsly. Needless to say I'm returning it. I'm sure these are fine for lower end watches, but I think I'll just stick to custom straps instead.

The bands I received are a different canvas material than previous ones I purchased. The most recent ones were shiny - I prefer the matte khaki and olive drab that I'd purchased a few years ago. Alton Absher

Love this band. Came with two lower halves one extra long and one regular. I need the extra long so that was great. I love the look of this replacement band for my stainless steel Storm watch. Love the texture. Ordering was easy and it was delivered in time. Excellent top to bottom
