Shipping & Delivery
We are dedicated to getting your orders shipped out in a timely manner and are utilizing Amazon Warehouses to facilitate shipments. While our small team here in Austin strives to get everything out within 3 business days, due to the effects of the pandemic, there may unexpected delays in both shipping and processing times. The courier companies are continually adapting their procedures to guarantee safety as well, which may cause unexpected delivery delays.
Typically our international shipping takes no more than 20 business days, but with the effects of COVID around the globe, there has certainly been some delay in our international delivery and final delivery can take up to 30+ business days. If your order does not arrive after 30 business days, please let us know.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders and will gladly issue a refund if a shipment goes astray. We also apologize for the lengthy travel time, especially during these times with the effects of COVID19.
